What you get

A page on a username of your own, with the links you put on it. Everything the product does is included. There is no paid tier holding a feature back, and we do not put our name on your page.

Your page is yours

You keep every right to what you publish. We store it and serve it so people can open it, and that is the whole of the permission you are giving us.

We do not sell it, we do not train anything on it, and we do not put advertising on it.

What you cannot use it for

It is free and anyone can sign up, which means somebody will try to use it for phishing. Pages that do any of this get suspended without notice:

  • Pretending to be a person or a company you are not.
  • Collecting passwords, card numbers or identity documents.
  • Malware, or links that lead to it.
  • Anything illegal where you are, or where we are.

Reporting a page

Every public page has a report link in the footer and it reaches a person. If a page is impersonating you, say so and it moves to the front of the queue.

Usernames

First come, first served, with a reserved list for the words the site itself needs. A username is not for sale and cannot be traded.

A username sitting on an empty page for a long time can be released if somebody with a real claim to the name asks for it. We would write to you first.

What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is, and it can go down. What we do commit to is that an outage here never costs you your page: the export gives you the whole thing back at any hour, without asking for anything.

We are not liable for what you lose as a result of an outage. What we do promise is not to disappear silently: if linkfree ever closes, there will be notice and the export will keep working until the last day.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects you, the notice comes by email before it takes effect, not after.

Law

Spanish law applies. Nothing here takes away the rights you have as a consumer where you live.
